We Need Your Help - Promote Support for Frocktober

Here in the Capital we're proud to be showing our support for Frocktober through our events but it needs one big element to make it all come together.

That's right it needs you!  We want you to tell your colleagues, your friends, your family and even the occasional random person on the street what is happening and how they can help.

To help you do that we've put together a flyer and calendar of events that can be downloaded and shared with all your nearest and dearest (plus we think it looks kind of amazing as well).
